His wife would like to tell her grand Childern about their grandfather and the awards he may have recieved. She gave me, one ribbon ( Ribbon had two bronze stars attach ) and his CIB. He served in Korea for at least 13 months durning the war. I would like to supprise her with a Medal Case but I really need a lot of help. God Bless and thank you Fred

Comments: Im just looking for anyone who might have remembered my father. He was from Kinston NC. He passed away in Feb. 1986. I am very lucky to still have alot of his army records and photos. My father was transported to Korea on the US Naval Ship Marine Phoenix and landed in Inchon. He never talked much about his time in Korea but he was very proud to have served his country. He hated seeing the straving children in that country. When he was discharged he was a CPl (T)He was a BAR gunner. God bless all those who served in that conflict.
