Comments: I served in Korea from 1957-1958 as a radio operator with the 8th Army 17th FA 1st Howitzer Bn. up on the DMZ for 16 months. For a while we were in Camp St. Barbara and them moved to Camp Kohima. Would like to contact some of the guys that served with me.

Persuaders Korean War

Comments: I was quadrant man on towed 8inch howitzers was also ammo Cpl. [honorary ]in charge of munitions & gun log book. arrived Korea July '51 rotated June '52.one month off line in hospital due to injury of right hand while moving .50 cal. mg. Like to hear from other members of my unit and exchange experiences of our tour duty.
