Comments: Found: "OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHS Not To Be Used For Publication By Order Of The Chief Of The Bureau Of Aeronautics". The date stamped is 13 AUG 1944. Photo includes service men, officers standing in front of a huge War Operation Map. Also a photo of 7 men: Herman, Trimble, Murray, Swanson, Quisenberry, Doherty, and Beck.

The Navy has released his records to me, I know he was with Fighter Squadron 23 on the USS Essex.I know he went to the Korean War December 1,1953, if anyone knows him would like to hear from them.
